Registration

The registration fees are :

•     250€ for permanent staff,
•     125€ for Post-docs, PhD students and emeriti,
•     free for invited people,
  

These fees apply to academics and CNRS agents; for others (CEA agents, private sector, foreign academics...) a 10% VAT surcharge will be applied.

Registration includes meals from Monday evening to Friday morning (including the banquet dinner on Thursday), accommodation and coffee breaks.

Accommodation is by default in a double room, with a €50 supplement for a single room (limited availability).


Registration and payment will be made via the Azur Colloque website.

After ensuring that you have gathered the following information :

•     travel details (when and how? arrival/departure time, plane/train/car)
•    dietary preferences (if any)
•     name+email+phone number of the administrative person in charge of your payment (especially if you are paying by purchase order)

How to pay the registration fees

1. By BON DE COMMANDE CNRS (to be preferred) using the pro-forma invoice that you will automatically receive by e-mail upon registration.

• • The reference of the "bon de commande" must be as follows :
    "Participation à la réunion plénière du GDR MEETICC 2025" by indicating the name of the participants.
  • Deadline for the paiement 20 September 2025.
    
  • IMPORTANT note for the personnel of UMR laboratories: only CNRS "bon de commande" is accepted.
  • We should kindly ask you to prepare one "bon de commande" per laboratory on order to reduce our paper work. Thank you!

2. By CREDIT CARD. You shall pay a supplement of 10% for the TVA. 

For any cancellation of less than 15 days until the day of arrival, 100% of the amount must be paid.
