Registration

The registration fees are :

•     250€ for permanent staff,
•     125€ for Post-docs, PhD students and emeriti,
•     free for invited people,
  

These fees apply to academics and CNRS agents; for others (CEA agents, private sector, foreign academics...) a 10% VAT surcharge will be applied.

Registration includes meals from Monday evening to Friday morning (including the banquet dinner on Thursday), accommodation and coffee breaks.

Accommodation is by default in a double room, with a €50 supplement for a single room (limited availability).


Registration and payment will be made via the Azur Colloque website.

After ensuring that you have gathered the following information :

•     travel details (when and how? arrival/departure time, plane/train/car)
•    dietary preferences (if any)
•     name+email+phone number of the administrative person in charge of your payment (especially if you are paying by purchase order)

The payment of the registration fees is done either by BANK CARD or by CNRS purchase order with the pre-purchase order that will be sent to you by Azur Colloque by e-mail (be careful, especially for the staff in a UMR, to make sure that a CNRS purchase order is established, because the purchase orders of other entities, for example University, are not accepted). The deadline for registration and payment is 20th September 2025.

The name of the purchase order must be written as follows
Participation à la réunion plénière du GDR MEETICC 2025 specifying the "Name of the participant(s)" concerned

For the registrations by purchase order, if possible, we thank you to make collective purchase orders by laboratory or by team in order to simplify the management.

For any cancellation of less than 15 days until the day of arrival, 100% of the amount must be paid.
